A 7‑Day Men's Body Enlightenment Retreat at My Enlightened Life Retreat Center offers a restorative, grounding experience designed specifically to support men in reconnecting with their bodies, calming the nervous system, and rediscovering inner steadiness. Held November 11–17, this immersive week provides a peaceful environment where participants can release accumulated tension, process stored stress, and rebuild a sense of presence and clarity.
