Liability Waiver & Acknowledgment:
My Enlightened Life services are by appointment only and must be booked in advance.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to honor other scheduled appointments. Full session fees still apply.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of payment.
Personal Responsibility: Services are intended for personal insight and self-awareness and are not a substitute for medical, legal, or psychological advice. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Personal Responsibility: Although that My Enlightened Life Staff are here to support ongoing efforts, I understand that I am fully responsible for my own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being before, during, and after any session.
Participation: I participate voluntarily and understand that I may stop the session at any time.
Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless My Enlightened Life, its owners, practitioners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability (within logical reasoning), claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in services.
No Guarantees: I understand that results vary from person to person and that no specific outcomes or guarantees are promised.
Consent: By signing up for any service of My Enlightened Life, I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent) and that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
