Cancellation Policy

My Enlightened Life – Enlightened Iridology Eye Reading Service. All Eye Reading sessions are by appointment only and must be booked in advance. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to honor other scheduled appointments. Full session fees still apply. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of payment. Personal Responsibility: Eye Readings are intended for personal insight and self-awareness and are not a substitute for medical, legal, or psychological advice. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Liability Waiver & Acknowledgment: My Enlightened Life – Eye Iridology / Eye Reading Service I understand that Eye Iridology (Eye Reading) sessions provided by My Enlightened Life are intended for educational, self-awareness, and personal insight purposes only. I acknowledge and agree to the following: Not Medical Advice: Eye Iridology readings are not medical diagnoses and do not replace professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. No claims are made regarding the treatment, prevention, or cure of any disease or condition. Personal Responsibility: Although that My Enlightened Life Staff are here to support ongoing efforts, I understand that I am fully responsible for my own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being before, during, and after the session. Participation: I participate voluntarily and understand that I may stop the session at any time. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless My Enlightened Life, its owners, practitioners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Eye Iridology / Eye Reading session. No Guarantees: I understand that results vary from person to person and that no specific outcomes or guarantees are promised. Consent: By signing up for this service, I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent) and that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
