Service Description
Myofascial Release at My Enlightened Life is a slow, intentional, deeply restorative bodywork experience designed to unwind the tension your body has been holding for far too long. It focuses on the fascia—the web of connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, organ, and joint—and gently melts away restrictions that contribute to pain, stiffness, and emotional stress. This service uses sustained pressure, mindful stretching, and intuitive touch to soften tight layers of fascia, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. Instead of forcing the body to relax, it invites release from within, helping you feel lighter, more open, and more grounded. Many people describe it as a reset for both body and mind: stress dissolves, breath deepens, and movement becomes easier and more fluid.
Cancellation Policy
By appointment only and must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking for services or by the start date of your service. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to honor other scheduled appointments. Full session fees still apply. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of payment.
